 茶籽油是怎样炼成的

1、油茶籽在采摘后经晾晒，油茶籽会自动爆开，去皮壳、粉碎、蒸炒、经初榨可得毛茶油。 
毛茶油必须经过精炼加工后方能安全食用： 
2、.压榨毛茶油： 
毛茶油含有一定量的磷脂、游离脂肪酸、色素、过氧化物以及各类机械杂质等。这些杂质的存在容易引起油脂酸败变质，影响茶油的烟点，对人体健康有害。 
3、.脱渣、脱水： 
经过过滤沉淀去渣，去除了毛油中的机械杂质、胶质、蛋白质以及其它水溶性杂质，通过脱水能除去毛油中多余的水分，可提高茶油的稳定性及纯度。 
4、.脱酸、脱胶： 
脱酸去除毛油中的部分游离脂肪酸；脱胶去除毛油中的脱溶性杂质（如磷脂）、蛋白质和多种树脂状胶质，能有效防止茶油酸败变质、提高茶油的烟点。 
5、脱色、脱臭、脱脂—压榨一级茶油： 
脱色去除有机色素（如叶绿素、胡萝卜素、黄酮色素、花色素）以及某些蛋白质的分解物，改善茶油色泽使其更加清亮；脱臭去除微量的醛类、酮类、烃类、低分子脂肪酸、甘油酯的氧化物及白士的气味等；脱脂过滤分离去除油脂中高溶点脂肪酸，保证茶油的清澈度及稳定性。
