 1、丙酸氯化氨化法由丙酸为原料，在105℃温度和3%赤磷催化剂存在下，通入液氯进行氯化，生成2-氯代丙酸，然后进入氨水溶液中， 以乌洛托品为催化剂，在60℃温度下进行氨化，即生成2-氨基丙酸。最后将反应物送入甲醇溶液中进行结晶，经离心；干燥制得α-丙 氨酸成品。2.α-溴丙酸氯化法将α-溴丙酸；氨水；碳酸氢铵混合搅拌回流7h，然后蒸发至干，再用乙醇浸泡洗去溴化铵，过滤出结晶， 再经脱色过滤，加入乙醇得结晶，过滤干燥得成品。3.氰醇法乙醛与氢氰酸反应生成氰醇，再与氨反应得到氨基腈；然后在碱性条件下 水解生成氨基丙酸钠，经离子交换而得L-丙氨酸。 2、主要以L-天冬氨酸为原料，经脱羧、杀酶、脱色、过滤、结晶、离心、洗涤、干燥得成品。 3、酶法 4、固定化酶 5、丙烯腈法　丙烯腈与氨在二苯胺和叔丁醇溶液中，在109℃和1176.798KPa压力下进行反应，生成β -氨基丙腈：然后与氢氧化钠反应，生成β-氨基丙酸钠：最后用盐酸酸化生成β- 氨基丙酸： 6、β-氨基丙腈法　由β-氨基丙腈经水解、酸析而得. 7、烟草：BU，21；FC，20。实验中利用丝纤维（脱胶白丝）的酸水解制备。 8、从水中得正交形晶体
