食用方法：

普通食用
清肾：泡水，也可以和中国茶叶一起泡饮。 　　

补肾：浸酒或者煮汤。 　　

泡水泡茶：把一片东革阿里放在100毫升的杯子里，加入滚滚的热开水一起冲泡，焖出味后即可服食。（可冲泡3－4回，早上一次，晚上一次）。 　　

煮汤：把2－3片东革阿里原片放进锅里和其他原料一起煲汤。排骨汤，鸡汤，菜汤都可以。 　　

泡酒：把一盒东革阿里全部倒入瓶内，加入两斤到四斤的白酒，或者食高梁酒（浓度越高越好），最上泡上一个月，然后每个晚上临睡前饮用一小杯。
有病患者如何食用

⒈ 先服食三个疗程。一个疗程为连续服20天，早上空腹一次。晚上临睡前再服用一次。 　　

⒉ 20天后，停止泡水，拿2－3片东革阿里原片去煮水，时间为一个星期。 　　

⒊ 连续服食三个疗程后，每个星期只服2天，早晚各一次。
健康者如何食用
先服食一个疗程，之后每个星期2次，早晚各一次。
特别注意
（1）如果有糖尿病，高血压，前列腺患者请勿浸酒服用 　　

（2）危重病人、怀孕妇人和未成年人（16岁以下）不能食用。　　

（3）东革阿里对高血压和心脏病人有益。但是高血压导致脑中风不久的病人，和心脏极度衰弱的病人不要食用
